About the RolePrepare and issue school fee statements and associated charges
Generate commercial invoices and credit notes as required
Administer remission and scholarship records, ensuring information in TASS is accurate and up to date
Manage international student fee accounts and liaise with the Director of International Student Programs regarding overdue accounts
Monitor and follow up outstanding debts, including liaison with families, Edstart, and debt collection agencies
Reconcile daily bank transactions and allocate payments accurately
Reconcile grant and funding receipts, ensuring correct GST treatment and coding.
Produce accurate debtor and fee collection reports
Maintain confidential and well-organised records
Provide general administrative and finance support as required within the Finance Team
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in finance transaction processing and reconciliations
Proven experience in accounts receivable and debtor management
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft or Google Office tools
Desirable
Experience with The Alpha School System (TASS)
Prior experience in a school or education environment
Knowledge of Edstart or similar school fee management platforms
