role in shaping educational practice across the service while supporting the day-to-day leadership of our team.  Working alongside the Coordinator, you will: Lead the development and continuous improvement of our educational program using the My Time, Our Place Framework (Version 2.0) and Early Years Learning Framework (Version 2.0)Mentor, coach and support educators to strengthen educational practice. Facilitate reflective practice and meaningful professional discussions. Guide programming, documentation and critical reflection. Drive Quality Improvement Plan initiatives and continuous improvement. Support compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and National Regulations. Build positive partnerships with children, families, educators and the wider school community.Act as Responsible Person during rostered shifts, supporting the daily operations of the service. Continue working directly with children through regular rostered ratio shifts,
