About the Role:
We are committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities to our girls from Kindy to Year 12, with boarding from Year 5. Our boarders hail mostly from Northern New South Wales and Regional Queensland locations.
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, capable, and responsible persons who invest in making a positive difference to the boarding lives of Glennie girls within the nurturing environment of the Glennie School’s Boarding Houses.

These positions require applicants who enjoy working with young adolescents, with the ability to problem-solve, take a commonsense approach to student issues, and one who can be proactive in their approach.
The ability to sleep over and work weekends is essential.

Boarding staff are role models for the girls and thus it is essential that you exhibit positive standards in every respect of your role. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role. You will also play an important role in supporting the academic needs of the boarders.
